By browsing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Aura is a Pakistan-based intimate wear brand offering body shapers, bras, tank tops, and related apparel. We sell directly to customers across Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with Aura. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However:

• Actual colours may vary slightly from the images shown, depending on your screen settings and lighting.
• Minor variations in fabric texture, stitching, or measurement (usually within half an inch) are normal in garment manufacturing and are not considered defects.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Sizing and Fit

Size guides are provided on our website to help you choose the right fit. These are general guidelines based on standard measurements and are not a guarantee of fit. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order — we are happy to help.

5. Pricing and Currency

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. You will be informed before any such cancellation.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we accept it and send you a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or call.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The product is out of stock or the listing contained an error.
• The delivery address or contact details provided appear incomplete or invalid.
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent, or is for resale without our consent.
• Previous Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer were repeatedly refused at the door.

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Payment

Aura currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Where online payment options are available, all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our systems.

For COD orders, the full amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Parcels are not opened before payment.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number you provide are correct and reachable. Aura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by the customer being unreachable.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before placing your order.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene, certain intimate wear items may not be eligible for return once worn, washed, or with tags removed. This does not affect your rights in the case of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

10. Promotions and Discounts

• Promotional offers, bundle discounts, and discount codes are valid only for the period and on the products stated.
• Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
• Any qualifying discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout. The final amount payable is the amount shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

11. Hygiene and Product Care

Our products are personal garments intended for individual use. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product. Aura is not liable for damage, shrinkage, or discolouration caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or use of bleach or harsh detergents.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Aura name and logo, product photography, graphics, text, and page design — is the property of Aura and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Place fraudulent, false, or malicious orders.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website, including through viruses or automated scraping.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content.

We may suspend or refuse service to any user who breaches these Terms.

14. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or any other content to us or about us, you grant Aura a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content for marketing purposes. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura's total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity, arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aura harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.

Aura shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet or courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
